RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping with TrendyByLia. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL  
We do not issue refunds to the original payment method. All approved returns are issued as STORE CREDIT only.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY  
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

STORE CREDIT  
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be issued store credit for the value of the item. Store credit can be used on any future purchase and does not expire.

RETURN FEE  
All returns are subject to a $5 return processing fee. This fee covers the return label and processing costs and will be deducted from your store credit.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS  
The following items cannot be returned:
• Final sale items  
• Worn, washed, or damaged items  
• Items returned without tags
