Orders are processed in the order they are received. Processing times may vary depending on order volume and product availability. Most orders are processed within 1–7 business days, however many orders ship sooner.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

SHIPPING  
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Shipping delivery times depend on the carrier and destination.

DELAY NOTICE  
During periods of high demand, promotions, or restocks, processing times may take slightly longer.

INCORRECT ADDRESS  
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. TrendyByLia is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES  
Once a package has been shipped and handed to the carrier, TrendyByLia is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.
