You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

PRODUCT INFORMATION  
We strive to display product descriptions, colors, and images as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display of colors will be completely accurate.

All product availability and pricing are subject to change without notice.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE  
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY  
All sales are final. We do not issue refunds to the original payment method.

Approved returns are issued as store credit only. Returns must be requested within 15 days of receiving your order. All returns are subject to a $5 return processing fee which will be deducted from the store credit.

Items must be unworn, unused, and returned with original tags.

SHIPPING  
Orders are processed in the order they are received. Processing times may vary depending on order volume and product availability.

Once an order has been shipped and handed to the carrier, TrendyByLia is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY  
All content on this website including images, logos, text, and designs are the property of TrendyByLia and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY  
TrendyByLia shall not be liable for any damages that result from the use or inability to use the products purchased through this website.
